Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
- Experience with training, project management, and resource tracking.
- Experience with SAAS sales or support.
- Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in digital video, body-worn cameras, conductive energy weapons, virtual reality, mobile communications, or SAAS.
- Experience working with law enforcement or military sales.
- Demonstrated ability to implement, drive, track, and report on projects.
- Ability to work remotely and travel domestically up to 75%.
- Ability to teach and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Engage with technology decision-makers and program managers to support product implementation and adoption.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including demonstrations, RFP responses, and deployment planning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute post-sale program implementation for Evidence.com, body-worn cameras, and AI solutions.
- Conduct customer site assessments and provide tailored training to law enforcement and other customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations teams to address feature requests and drive improvements.
