Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, including process development and team development.
  • 3+ years of experience in Professional Services or a similar role within a SaaS or SaaS-like organization.
  • Proven track record managing multiple teams and clients simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work schedules based on business and corporate goals.
  • Strong business acumen with experience acting as a business partner to senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence the scope and management of initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience managing teams of project/program managers, functional consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and articulate details to project stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for events, client site visits, and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and support to individual team contributors and services leadership.
  • Identify, build, and deploy strategic initiatives to improve project delivery and reduce total cost of implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage department budget, resource allocation, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee revenue forecasting and review/approve Statements of Work (SOW) to maintain profitability.
  • Serve as Project Sponsor for strategic customers and handle escalations.
  • Establish cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Success, and Support teams.
