Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years power generation experience, or Associates degree with 2 years power generation experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract performance management.
- Willingness and ability to travel less than 25% of the time.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering support services.
- Maintain knowledge of assigned region, product lines, and configuration installations.
- Provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers.
- Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Use operational judgment to handle complex tasks in manufacturing, technology, or engineering areas.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
- Communicate difficult concepts and influence stakeholder options.
