Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end, from initial outreach through agreement execution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed (Hometap will sponsor).
- Active NMLS licensing is considered a plus.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information while connecting with empathy to understand each homeowner's circumstances.
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, providing status updates and responding to questions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including processors and underwriters to ensure efficient processes.
- Manage a full sales pipeline using Salesforce and internal tools, maintaining accurate application data.
- Become an expert in the home equity investment (HEI) product through ongoing training and coaching.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
