Requirements
- Recent sales experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
- Proven track record in selling complex outsourcing solutions into enterprise organizations.
- Experience selling solutions such as Customer Care, Contact Center Services, Digital Transformation, or AI-Enabled CX.
- Strong background in consultative selling, solution selling, or strategic account management.
- Ability to develop and manage enterprise sales pipelines.
- Knowledge of industry verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Technology.
- Familiarity with CX technologies like CCaaS, CRM systems, or Workforce Management tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CX and BPO clients.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and consultative selling strategies.
- Manage sales pipelines and lead revenue generation efforts.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with client needs.
