Requirements

  • Recent sales experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
  • Proven track record in selling complex outsourcing solutions into enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling solutions such as Customer Care, Contact Center Services, Digital Transformation, or AI-Enabled CX.
  • Strong background in consultative selling, solution selling, or strategic account management.
  • Ability to develop and manage enterprise sales pipelines.
  • Knowledge of industry verticals such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Technology.
  • Familiarity with CX technologies like CCaaS, CRM systems, or Workforce Management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CX and BPO clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and consultative selling strategies.
  • Manage sales pipelines and lead revenue generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales objectives with client needs.
