Requirements
- Extensive and proven experience as a Customer Success manager.
- Exceptional, well-structured written and spoken English skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a defined book of business and re-prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience executing standard post-sales motions with high rigor and documentation.
- Proactive in identifying churn signals and executing mitigation playbooks.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools for operational tasks.
- Proven track record in managing complex implementation projects.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including Sales and internal partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Drive customer retention and mitigate churn by executing success plans and structured business reviews.
- Manage complex implementation projects for a medium-sized book of clients.
- Deliver responsive, clear communication to stakeholders and document all decisions.
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.
