Requirements

  • Extensive and proven experience as a Customer Success manager.
  • Exceptional, well-structured written and spoken English skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a defined book of business and re-prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience executing standard post-sales motions with high rigor and documentation.
  • Proactive in identifying churn signals and executing mitigation playbooks.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools for operational tasks.
  • Proven track record in managing complex implementation projects.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including Sales and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Drive customer retention and mitigate churn by executing success plans and structured business reviews.
  • Manage complex implementation projects for a medium-sized book of clients.
  • Deliver responsive, clear communication to stakeholders and document all decisions.
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities during account discussions.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to increase daily throughput and communication quality.
