Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- 2+ years of consumer app marketing experience preferred.
- Proven experience building, managing, and scaling paid advertising programs across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Ads, and paid social channels.
- Demonstrated success growing app acquisition programs while improving profitability, efficiency, and unit economics.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and non-digital channels such as CTV or television advertising.
- Experience designing and executing incrementality tests and measurement frameworks to validate marketing impact.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience modeling LTV, payback periods, campaign economics, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Strong ability to manage ambiguous, high-impact projects that require both strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Experience developing creative testing strategies and continuously improving campaign performance through experimentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights and recommendations clearly.
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and building scalable growth systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Ads, paid social, and other emerging channels.
- Develop and scale profitable app install growth programs while improving campaign efficiency, user economics, and long-term value.
- Manage high-priority marketing initiatives, from strategy development through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Design and run incrementality testing frameworks, including geo holdouts, lift studies, and controlled experiments to evaluate true channel impact.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, advertising strategies, and growth opportunities to expand user reach.
- Build and maintain creative testing pipelines by developing new concepts, messaging approaches, and performance insights.
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and business metrics to inform investment decisions and growth strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals and user experience priorities.
- Apply privacy-focused measurement approaches, leveraging aggregate data, experimentation, and sound judgment rather than user-level tracking.
- Communicate recommendations, insights, and performance updates clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
