Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- 4–7 years of performance, growth, or digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or IT services.
- Proven success building regional marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
- Experience working within global matrixed teams, sales organizations, and with external agency partners.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot).
- Proficiency with web analytics, heatmapping/behavioral tools (Hotjar/Clarity), and CRM systems.
- Advanced skills in data manipulation, segmentation, and translating user behavior into business outcomes.
- Experience with digital, Account Based Marketing (ABM), and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data across the full customer acquisition journey to identify drop-off points and implement practical fixes.
- Design, launch, and manage structured A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, website components, email sequences, and paid channels.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion pathways.
- Ensure all marketing materials and experiments align with global brand voice and visual standards.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing, human-centric marketing assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on key commercial marketing indicators such as CAC, LTV, and pipeline metrics.
- Turn behavioral data from Google Analytics 4, heatmaps, and CRM dashboards into actionable strategy.
- Optimize paid and organic channel spend to maximize return on investment.
