Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
  • Background in engineering, project/operations/construction management, business management, economics, or finance.
  • Strong technical project controls acumen covering both cost and schedule disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and databases, specifically Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Proven ability to work independently in remote or asynchronous environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and deliverable accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal contexts.
  • Experience in renewable energy or adjacent industries like construction, manufacturing, or utilities is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to EPC contracting, construction finance, or lender reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support cost control and budget tracking across a portfolio of solar PV and energy storage projects.
  • Monitor budgets against actuals, track committed costs, and flag variances to project teams.
  • Align cost data with project schedules to assist with cash flow forecasting and payment milestones.
  • Contribute to financing activities, draw cadence planning, and lender reporting.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to inform project managers and leadership.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and administration of project master schedules.
  • Analyze schedules for risk, contribute to strategy sessions, and coordinate third-party updates.
  • Assess vendor change order requests to evaluate potential budget and timeline impacts.
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of project controls tools and workflows within the Euclid platform.
