Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management.
- Demonstrated collaboration experience with both technical and business teams.
- Relevant domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, or vulnerability management.
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Previous early-stage startup experience strongly preferred.
- Relevant hands-on technical experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, Linux) strongly preferred.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Drive business success planning by partnering with customers and internal teams to align on goals and requirements.
- Support the full Business Value Realization cycle to help customers prove internal value.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for requirements to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge to help customers optimize their use of Chainguard products.
- Collaborate with the Education team to deliver training on features, security principles, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, from technical users to CISOs, to drive renewals and expansion.
