Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
- Relevant domain knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or software development lifecycle.
- High level of autonomy and ability to make strategic, proactive decisions regarding customer outcomes.
- Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new processes.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Strong collaboration skills for working across internal technical and business teams.
- Passion for technology and cybersecurity (preferred).
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Linux, or containers (preferred).
- Early-stage startup experience (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams to drive business success planning.
- Support the full Business Value Realization cycle to demonstrate value internally.
- Advocate for customer needs and requirements to internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Develop hands-on technical knowledge of Chainguard products to help customers optimize their use.
- Coordinate with the Education team to ensure customers understand product features and security best practices.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders ranging from technicians to CISOs.
- Work with sales teams to identify paths to renew and expand customers while minimizing churn.
