- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent design skills and craft focus.
- Up-to-date with cultural trends and zeitgeist.
- Ability to work on projects of varying scales.
Responsibilities
- Generate big ideas including campaigns, content, and brand moments.
- Act as a guardian of the brand's look and feel, ensuring excellence and consistency.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, and stakeholders.
- Execute design work across multiple channels, with a key role in social channels.
- Manage production across all phases, working with directors, photographers, and animators.
