Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and brand positioning
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to creative team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
- Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and solve business challenges through creative thinking
- Contribute hands-on creative work in your area of expertise when needed on high-impact initiatives
