Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, interactive design, or a related creative discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience focused on e-commerce and/or performance marketing design.
- 3+ years of experience managing internal and external creative resources.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital, e-commerce, and performance-driven creative work.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative design platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Sora, Nano Banana, or comparable solutions.
- Proven ability to connect creative strategy with business goals and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to evaluate and create both visual designs and copy concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and execution for digital, e-commerce, and performance marketing initiatives while managing internal and external creative resources.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure brand consistency and high-performing visual experiences.
- Assign projects based on team capabilities and business needs while ensuring delivery against quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to support consistent creative execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define creative vision and align design strategies with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and output quality to support future growth.
- Present concepts, communicate project progress, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, industry innovations, and new creative technologies.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in developing their skills, career growth, and creative capabilities.
