Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (support, success, or sales).
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer operational needs to provide tailored onboarding plans.
- Guide customers through initial setup and product adoption.
- Deliver technical training for MyGeotab and ongoing product support.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in Salesforce.
- Monitor customer health to identify improvement, engagement, and risk opportunities.
- Process inbound Add-On order requests for existing customers.
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive program improvements.
