Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with partner practices to drive retention and growth of transaction volume.
  • Proactively leverage data, insights, and technology to optimize portfolio engagement and maximize outcomes.
  • Enable partner practices by sharing best practices and training on payment plan technology.
  • Strategically allocate time between growth opportunities and risk mitigation within the assigned portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence business process adoption and master industry knowledge.
  • Accurately forecast expected portfolio transaction volume on a regular basis.
  • Track all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Product to share customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
