- Adaptable with a proven ability to troubleshoot on the fly.

Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with partner practices to drive retention and growth of transaction volume.
- Proactively leverage data, insights, and technology to optimize portfolio engagement and maximize outcomes.
- Enable partner practices by sharing best practices and training on payment plan technology.
- Strategically allocate time between growth opportunities and risk mitigation within the assigned portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence business process adoption and master industry knowledge.
- Accurately forecast expected portfolio transaction volume on a regular basis.
- Track all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Partner with internal teams such as Product to share customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
