Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare technology, interoperability solutions, laboratory systems, or EHR platforms.
- Experience working directly with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience utilizing ticketing, project management, and support management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on issue ownership.
- Familiarity with interoperability platforms and standards such as HL7 and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support resource for Point-to-Point integrations and interoperability solutions.
- Monitor, triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues and integration alerts.
- Utilize Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira to document and manage support requests.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customers.
- Manage integration lifecycle activities including discovery, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support.
- Support onboarding and implementation activities for new interoperability partners like Athena and eClinicalWorks.
- Develop and execute testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation procedures for integrations.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, support runbooks, and interface mappings.
