Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare interoperability, EHR integrations, or middleware technologies.
- Experience working directly with customers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience utilizing ticketing, project management, and support management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on issue ownership and resolution.
- Experience with Redox and Corepoint platforms.
- Proficiency with HL7 interfaces and API technologies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support resource for EHR interoperability solutions and integration workflows.
- Monitor, triage, investigate, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues and integration alerts.
- Utilize Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira to document, track, and manage support requests.
- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis across technical and operational teams.
- Lead and coordinate integration lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Develop and execute testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation procedures for integrations.
- Maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, support runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work closely with engineering and interoperability platforms including Redox, Corepoint, HL7, and APIs.
