- Experience in proactive sourcing and adapting strategies based on market conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer development, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct thoughtful recruiter interviews to assess candidates' ability to explain complex work, communicate clearly, and demonstrate teammate potential.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines tailored to individual roles and teams.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining a responsive and organized recruiting process.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to strengthen processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
