  • Experience in proactive sourcing and adapting strategies based on market conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer development, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct thoughtful recruiter interviews to assess candidates' ability to explain complex work, communicate clearly, and demonstrate teammate potential.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines tailored to individual roles and teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining a responsive and organized recruiting process.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Partner with recruiting leadership to strengthen processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
