Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle searches across the engineering organization from intake to offer.
- Partner closely with sourcers, coordinators, and hiring teams to drive the recruitment process.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on role definition, search strategy, and market trends.
- Utilize data to diagnose search challenges and refine hiring processes.
