Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience specifically for cleared National Security sales roles.
  • Strong, active network of cleared talent.
  • Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-close roles through outbound sourcing and persistent follow-up.
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data.
  • Ability to diagnose funnel issues and adjust recruiting strategy in real-time.
  • Experience operating in a quota-like environment while balancing multiple searches.
  • Highly persuasive communication skills to influence senior candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Strong closing mindset with the ability to overcome objections and create urgency.
  • Ability to maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
  • Demonstrated applied AI fluency to accelerate workflows and output quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a high-velocity talent pipeline for cleared National Security roles.
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle as a sales funnel from top-of-funnel sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Act as the primary closer for hard-to-hire, security-cleared candidates.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using market intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers as a deal team to align on strategy and hiring priorities.
  • Optimize recruiting performance using data to improve funnel health and time-to-close.
