Requirements
- BS, BA Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years in Higher Education.
- Proven experience with Jenzabar’s J1 Student Information System/ERP, specifically in Admissions, Registrar, Advising, and Student Life.
- Advanced SQL programming skills.
- Proven software troubleshooting skills.
- Prior training delivery experience (e.g., presentations, classroom, or online/webcast).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to functional end users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a high-stress environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently while managing individual relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve Student-related issues such as repeats, advising trees, and ARCs.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and process improvement consulting for Professional Services employees.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office to provide resolution and support for complex client issues.
- Develop estimates based on customization specifications and recognize potential solutions to business problems.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and drive measurable outcomes.
- Maintain and share a repository of process and training documentation.
- Recommend best practices by gaining a sound understanding of customer requirements and business processes.
