Requirements

- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Detail-oriented and organized self-starter.
- Professional demeanor in appearance, words, and actions.
- Confident judgment with an openness to feedback.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates by developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Build a diverse, high-quality pipeline of prospects for future opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and offer extensions.
- Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Develop relationships with educational institutions to create talent pipelines.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and patient information.
- Assist with posting job requisitions and scheduling candidates.
