  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates by developing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build a diverse, high-quality pipeline of prospects for future opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and offer extensions.
  • Conduct in-depth screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Develop relationships with educational institutions to create talent pipelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and patient information.
  • Assist with posting job requisitions and scheduling candidates.
