Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates by identifying top talent, drafting tailored outreach, and converting them into applicants.
- Manage inbound applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby, ensuring candidates move through the process within 48 hours.
- Conduct first-round phone or video screens using a structured interview rubric.
- Track and report weekly recruiting metrics, including source effectiveness and stage conversion rates.
- Coordinate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for future growth.
