Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using social media platforms, professional networks, and niche communities such as GitHub and Behance.
  • Review resumes, online portfolios, and profiles to pre-screen talent against role requirements.
  • Conduct outreach via email and messaging to engage candidates and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and sourcing priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage referral networks, past applicants, and industry connections to support hard-to-fill roles.
  • Track, log, and maintain candidate data within applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
