Requirements
- 6+ years of general work experience.
- 4+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
- 1+ years of experience working with experienced senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build impactful, authentic relationships.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to or working with director, VP, and CxO-level leadership.
- Competence in executive recruiting, including identifying, relationship-building, and assessing top-level executives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to aggregate, organize, and analyze candidate databases.
- Capacity to synthesize complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Experience managing diverse relationships across varied industries, sectors, and geographies.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: Passion for marketing and community management.
- Nice to have: 1+ years of experience in social impact.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in AI tools to enhance sourcing and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Rippleworks teammates and Portfolio leaders to understand business needs and translate them into ideal expert profiles.
- Proactively source and engage potential experts to build a diverse network.
- Design and execute community events and experiments, such as newsletters, to foster expert engagement.
- Manage communications and convenings across the expert network.
- Collaborate with Talent Managers to facilitate a smooth transition from expert sourcing to project impact.
- Contribute to the broader company culture and "One Rippleworks" initiatives.
