Responsibilities
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) nationwide.
- Manage the sourcing, screening, and hiring process for HCPs across the US.
- Build a robust pipeline using cold calling, leads, social media, and referrals.
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned HCPs throughout the placement life cycle.
- Assess HCP qualifications including licenses, experience, and education.
- Explain compensation packages and professional advantages to potential candidates.
- Collaborate with compliance and payroll teams to meet client standards.
- Partner with Sales/Account Management to identify new client opportunities and staffing needs.
