Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries including marketing, operations, and sales.
  • Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding.
  • Track candidates and hiring workflows in ATS/recruiting software.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs.
  • Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements.
