- Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume including soft skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in any time zone.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries including marketing, operations, and sales.
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding.
- Track candidates and hiring workflows in ATS/recruiting software.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs.
- Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements.
