- Accurately entering patient registration information and scheduling initial appointments, while identifying potential conflicts for clinic schedules.
- Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.
- Reviewing cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with families.
- Handling variable call volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day.
