Requirements:

  • Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.
  • Reviewing cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with families.
  • Handling variable call volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day.
