Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects
- SAP experience required, ideally in the cloud environment
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and ALM
- Demonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight
- Experience working with productivity and methodology tools
- Experience working with techniques related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
- Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor project personnel
Responsibilities
- Project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight
- Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage, interact with, and direct project consultants to ensure customer expectations and deliverables are met
- Manage effective document control systems including hand-overs, administration, and project closures
- Facilitate regular aggregated internal project progress reporting
- Liaise and negotiate with customer BPOs regarding contractual requirements
- Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with project methodologies
