Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in SaaS customer success
  • Solid understanding of Customer Success best practices
  • Experience managing customer renewals and upgrades
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter
  • Self-starter capable of working remotely within a global team
  • Customer-empathy and passion for achieving client goals
  • Short-term rental industry or revenue management experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of accounts
  • Own the new customer experience from Sales by leading trainings, driving product adoption, and helping customers achieve their business goals
  • Manage the Beyond Training & Certification process for all new customers
  • Secure annual subscription renewals and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Perform regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being met
  • Train clients on revenue management basics and effective tool usage to increase revenue
  • Analyze customer performance data to make recommendations for growth
  • Monitor and report on the health and risk of assigned accounts
  • Communicate trending customer feedback and ideas to the Product organisation
