- Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of accounts
- Own the new customer experience from Sales by leading trainings, driving product adoption, and helping customers achieve their business goals
- Manage the Beyond Training & Certification process for all new customers
- Secure annual subscription renewals and uncover expansion opportunities
- Perform regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being met
- Train clients on revenue management basics and effective tool usage to increase revenue
- Analyze customer performance data to make recommendations for growth
- Monitor and report on the health and risk of assigned accounts
- Communicate trending customer feedback and ideas to the Product organisation
