Requirements
- 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing for B2C brands, ideally consumer apps or subscription businesses.
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing people.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Braze (Canvas, segmentation, behavioral triggers, Liquid logic) or comparable enterprise CRM.
- Strong analytical skills including cohort analysis, LTV modeling, A/B testing, and retention reporting.
- SQL experience or willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to lifecycle marketing (e.g., personalization, predictive segmentation, automation).
- Proven track record of partnering with Data, Product, and Engineering to ship technical projects.
- Strong copywriting skills for email, push, and web content.
- Experience with campaign development from concept to execution.
- Ability to work US-hours.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, enhancement, and execution of the full lifecycle program from onboarding through winback.
- Manage the lifecycle calendar, campaign workflows, and program governance.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing lifecycle team.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver projects.
- Build reporting dashboards to track and socialize key metrics like LTV, activation, and retention.
- Apply AI to automated journeys to improve program performance and efficiency.
