Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services (ICT, Security, Physical Security, Electronic Security).
- Proven experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination.
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Experience contributing to standards refinement or QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests.
- PSP or CPP certification preferred.
- CDT certification preferred.
- EIT, PE, or PMP certification plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design reviews that reinforce TEECOM standards and improve documentation clarity.
- Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, calculations, and specifications.
- Partner with Project Leads to confirm scope, sequencing, and coordination strategy.
- Mentor Designers and engineers through technical guidance, markups, and performance feedback.
- Contribute to discipline standards, workflows, and tools via GitHub Pull Requests.
- Support pursuits by developing scope assumptions and participating in client interviews.
