Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Provisionally Licensed in New York (LMSW, MHC-LP).
- Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number.
- 6+ months’ experience providing psychotherapy under supervision (preferred).
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria.
- Knowledgeable in crisis response and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Ability to work autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
- Commitment to 15+ hours of weekly availability.
- Requirement for one evening or weekend shift per week for the first year.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace and EMR systems.
- Access to a reliable computer (not a Chromebook) and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services (individual, couples, group, and/or family sessions).
- Participate in clinical supervision to reflect on sessions, evaluate clinical outcomes, and develop decision-making skills.
- Submit all session documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, within 48 hours.
- Build and maintain a caseload of 50 sessions per month by the end of week 20.
- Collaborate with medication prescribers to provide integrated behavioral health care.
- Participate in ongoing learning through the Cerebral Institute, including monthly Amplified Learning Series sessions.
- Attend monthly company-wide Town Halls to stay connected with the professional community.
