Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Provisionally licensed in New Jersey (LSW or LAC).
- Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience providing psychotherapy under supervision (preferred).
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria.
- Knowledgeable in crisis response and evidence-based clinical skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and proprietary EMR systems.
- Access to a reliable computer (not a Chromebook) and high-speed internet.
- Commitment to one evening or weekend availability per week for the first year.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions with a focus on clinical decision-making.
- Participate in ongoing supervision to reflect on sessions, evaluate clinical outcomes, and develop clinical decision-making skills.
- Maintain high professional standards in all client interactions.
- Create a flexible schedule within the hours of 6:00am to 11:30pm local time.
- Commit to a minimum of 20 hours of weekly availability and grow to 50 sessions per month by the end of the 20th week.
- Complete all treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments within 48 hours.
- Participate in the Cerebral Institute for continued learning.
