Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
- Provisionally Licensed in Connecticut (LPCA).
- Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number.
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.
- Knowledgeable in crisis response and evidence-based clinical skills.
- Experience implementing measurement-informed care.
- Ability to build a caseload to 50 sessions/month by end of week 20.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
- Tech-savvy with ability to use EMR and Google Workspace.
- Access to a reliable computer (not Chromebook) and high-speed internet.
- Minimum of 25 hours of weekly availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, group, and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Participate in clinical supervision to reflect on sessions and develop clinical decision-making skills.
- Maintain a minimum of 50 sessions per month by the end of week 20.
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments within 48 hours of sessions.
- Collaborate with prescribers regarding client medication management.
- Participate in monthly Amplified Learning Series sessions and continuing education courses.
- Commit to one evening or weekend shift per week.
