Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct sales experience in PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of outstanding quota attainment
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Expert knowledge and recent experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to sell to VP, SVP, and C-Level executives
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in operating with urgency and a self-motivated, winning attitude
  • Experience in learning or human capital technology space is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line revenue through growth of an existing enterprise account base
  • Sell Skillsoft Content and Platform solutions directly to corporate decision makers
  • Influence customers at the senior leadership level by building strategic relationships
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and support teams to advance critical opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations with tailored research and data
  • Create measurable business goals with specific timelines for revenue and whitespace growth
  • Provide management with feedback on pipeline health, risks, and progress
