Requirements
- 8+ years of direct sales experience in PaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of outstanding quota attainment
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Expert knowledge and recent experience with Salesforce
- Ability to sell to VP, SVP, and C-Level executives
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and negotiation techniques
- Ability to leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed environment
- Proficiency in operating with urgency and a self-motivated, winning attitude
- Experience in learning or human capital technology space is preferred
Responsibilities
- Drive top-line revenue through growth of an existing enterprise account base
- Sell Skillsoft Content and Platform solutions directly to corporate decision makers
- Influence customers at the senior leadership level by building strategic relationships
- Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and support teams to advance critical opportunities
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations with tailored research and data
- Create measurable business goals with specific timelines for revenue and whitespace growth
- Provide management with feedback on pipeline health, risks, and progress
