Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management within a pharmaceutical agency.
- Experience with direct client contact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility.
- Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical communications.
- Preferred: Knowledge of MLR process.
- Preferred: Experience writing SOWs and project briefs.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with client online submission systems like Zinc or Veeva.
- Preferred: Pharmaceutical drug launch experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status.
- Assist Client Services team to support the development of new business initiatives, identifying opportunities for organic growth.
- Coordinate pitch presentations and request for proposals.
- Act as lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.
- Implement projects to ensure success and profitability of client deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and potential roadblocks in collaboration with the Project Management team.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process.
- Prepare client contact reports and manage budgets including direct/labor costs.
