Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical agency account management and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and brands under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to travel (up to 5% expected).
  • Experience with the MLR (medical-legal-regulatory) review process is preferred.
  • Experience writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with online submission systems (e.g., Zinc or Veeva) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communications and status updates with internal brand and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to develop timelines, milestones, and identify potential risks.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project budgets, including direct and labor costs, and manage scope changes.
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with experts.
  • Support new business initiatives, including pitch presentations and proposal development.
  • Prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps.
