Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or consultative selling within a software environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in construction technology or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in project management software such as MS Project or similar Gantt chart programs.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working in a technical, production-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Help Scout strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to customer locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with engineers.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage a book of business to minimize churn and drive healthy growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customer business needs are met by the platform.
  • Consult with customers to uncover unmet needs and drive product adoption.
  • Build and execute strategies for customer engagement, upsells, and retention.
  • Provide strategic customer support and troubleshoot account issues using diagnostic tools.
  • Manage the onboarding process for enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver product training sessions to customers, Sales, and other Business Managers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support leads to address tickets, bugs, and enhancements.
