Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementations within Life Sciences / Pharma.
- Strong expertise in Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Multidomain).
- Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines using Informatica or equivalent tools.
- Proven experience working with Commercial Pharma data domains (HCP/HCO, affiliations, sales, CRM).
- Deep understanding of golden record strategy, survivorship rules, and match/merge logic.
- Experience defining data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling workflows.
- Ability to lead onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and providing thought leadership on MDM operating models.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement MDM solutions for Commercial domains such as HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Product, Territory, and Customer hierarchies.
- Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows.
- Configure and manage Informatica MDM platforms (Multidomain or Customer 360).
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to ingest data from sources like IQVIA, OneKey, CRM, and ERP.
- Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling models.
- Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and provide technical design reviews.
- Engage with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and senior stakeholders to align data standards and roadmaps.
