Associate Director/ Director - MDM Lead

Design and implement MDM solutions for Commercial domains such as HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Product, Territory, and Customer hierarchies.
Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows.
Configure and manage Informatica MDM platforms (Multidomain or Customer 360).
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to ingest data from sources like IQVIA, OneKey, CRM, and ERP.
Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling models.
