Requirements
- 6 years of program or project management experience, ideally in technical or engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to scale program management and automate routine work.
- Deep fluency with Jira and Confluence, including structure, JQL, and dashboards.
- Excellent written communication skills for executive updates and precise project briefs.
- Ability to operate effectively without complete information.
- Strong capacity to push back constructively when commitments are at risk.
- Experience operating in a remote-first organization.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Passion for AI as a force multiplier.
- Strong emotional maturity and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Apply a single operating standard across every security project and drive project hygiene.
- Manage the intake and triage process for security requests across all channels.
- Produce status briefs and reports including weekly reviews and quarterly roadmap progress.
- Maintain capacity and commitment models to surface risks to leadership.
- Inventory and measure interruption work to improve team efficiency.
- Prioritize new work based on impact, urgency, and capacity.
- Partner with the AI engineering function as an internal customer to refine program management tools.
- Represent the security organization's program management practice to stakeholders company-wide.
