Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Professional-level proficiency in English.
- Experience in Applied AI, such as AI data sourcing, model evaluation, or human-in-the-loop programs.
- Experience in localization vendor management, recruiting, vetting, and onboarding linguists or language professionals.
- Track record of running large-scale multilingual projects across text, audio, image, and video disciplines.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands under deadline pressure.
- 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, vendor management, or talent acquisition preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal and external sourcing campaigns to build a pipeline of linguists and AI data specialists.
- Design and administer vetting and testing assessments to evaluate candidate quality.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new experts.
- Maintain accurate records in the expert database to support assignment decisions.
- Liaise with Production and Revenue stakeholders to align sourcing with project requirements.
- Analyze pipeline and database data to identify sourcing gaps and inform recruitment strategy.
- Partner with team members to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Streamline sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processes and mentor junior team members.
