Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive success through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • Sales-driven attitude with a team-player mindset.
  • SaaS or technology sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Increase net dollar retention through proactive upsells, cross-sells, and relationship management.
  • Lead client contract renewals focused on expanding Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create accurate proposals and statements of work to support sales processes.
  • Build trusted relationships with key contacts to deepen engagement.
  • Manage sales pipeline with accuracy and provide regular business reporting.
  • Develop internal partnerships with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
