Requirements
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to drive success through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment.
- Sales-driven attitude with a team-player mindset.
- SaaS or technology sales experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Increase net dollar retention through proactive upsells, cross-sells, and relationship management.
- Lead client contract renewals focused on expanding Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Create accurate proposals and statements of work to support sales processes.
- Build trusted relationships with key contacts to deepen engagement.
- Manage sales pipeline with accuracy and provide regular business reporting.
- Develop internal partnerships with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
