Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing measurement, data analytics, or media science.
  • Deep knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, and media attribution.
  • Strong background in statistical techniques including causal inference, regression modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Marketing Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and contribute effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Confident decision-maker capable of navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and interpretation of geo tests and MMM projects.
  • Improve frameworks to account for evolving marketing realities including cross-border, CRM-driven, and campaign overlap complexities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on test results and model outputs to isolate media drivers.
  • Deliver customer-facing narratives with clear business implications.
  • Support Customer Success by providing diagnostic clarity and recommendations on key client calls.
  • Use Python, SQL, and statistical methods to process and analyze large-scale marketing datasets.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and incrementality.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data scientists.
