Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
- Experience in infrastructure and applications managed services, hybrid IT, or cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of independently sourcing and closing new logo business.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigate large enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking skills for territory planning and competitive analysis.
- Self-directed and highly accountable work style.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and pursue net-new enterprise clients across defined territories.
- Build and manage a robust, self-sourced pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Establish and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and translate insights into prospecting strategies.
- Lead and coordinate across sales, marketing, and solution teams to develop compelling value propositions.
- Support complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles including scoping, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and revenue targets.
