Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of independently sourcing and closing new logo business.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigate large enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills for territory planning and competitive analysis.
  • Self-directed and highly accountable work style.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, target, and pursue net-new enterprise clients across defined territories.
  • Build and manage a robust, self-sourced pipeline of high-value opportunities.
  • Establish and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and translate insights into prospecting strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate across sales, marketing, and solution teams to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles including scoping, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and revenue targets.
