Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, consulting, or similarly structured industries.
- Experience across at least 2 different types of cross-functional roles.
- 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and translating strategy into execution.
- Proven ability to align global and local stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of leadership.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset to synthesize information and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Commitment to 20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Customer Engagement Officer by providing strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Drive the planning, execution, and measurement of high-impact strategic initiatives across the Customer Engagement organization.
- Lead executive communications and engagement strategies for internal and external audiences.
- Act as a central connector across Customer Engagement, Sales Leadership, and enterprise stakeholders to foster alignment.
- Oversee executive engagement planning, leadership team operations, and meeting excellence.
- Facilitate complex cross-functional projects to ensure objectives are achieved and risks are mitigated.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify trends and develop enterprise-level solutions to enhance performance.
- Represent or serve as a delegate for the Chief Customer Engagement Officer in strategic forums.
- Synthesize complex information into actionable insights while managing confidential matters.
- Champion simplification and change management initiatives to accelerate organizational impact.
